Hello! My name is Saralyn Temple, and I am the Executive Director for Midland’s Open Door. Here at the Open Door, we provide shelter and meals for the homeless, hungry and hurting through our crisis shelters and soup kitchen near downtown Midland. Built on the principles of biblical hospitality and the life-transforming gospel on Christ, the Open Door has stood in the gap for our neighbors in need for 50 years – and that work continues today because of loving neighbors and faithful supporters just like you.
